Tomotherapy is an image-guided radiation therapy approach that combines radiation delivery with built-in CT imaging in a ring-shaped system. At OncoCare Philippines, we offer TomoTherapy using two platforms: TomoHD and Radixact. Both systems use helical, 360° intensity-modulated beam delivery to shape radiation to the tumor while helping spare nearby healthy tissue, with imaging used to confirm patient positioning and support accuracy throughout the course of treatment.
